AI skills for everyday work

Exercises cover writing prompts, checking AI responses and deciding what data you can share with a tool. Examples relate to different roles at work.

Short videos and exercises

The core course takes about an hour and a half. Progress is saved, so staff can complete it in sessions that fit their working day.

Final exam and certificate

The exam has 30 scenario questions and typically takes another 20–30 minutes. Passing it earns a verifiable certificate.

Skills register

Administrators can see who has completed training and who is still working through it. Course completions, exam results and policy acknowledgements are recorded in the service.

Shared guidelines for using AI

Answer a questionnaire about how your organisation uses AI. The AI assistant creates a draft that you can edit through a conversation. Set out approved tools, data handling rules and who checks the results.

The builder, policy publishing, staff acknowledgements and version history are free. Your organisation reviews and approves its own policy.

Training with an annual licence

The annual licence costs €99 + VAT and includes 10 users, training, the final exam, certificates and the skills register. Each additional user costs €4.90 per year + VAT.

A free account lets you create an AI policy and use the first section of the module with up to five users.
