We want to share practical experience on how we use AI agents in our own work and where they create real time savings.
One of the clearest benefits is not content production. It is multi-step research work that is slow, repetitive and easy for humans to postpone.
A good example is crypto transaction taxation.
I ordered transaction data from Binance as a CSV and sent it directly by email to an agent. The instructions were to review the transactions, check the latest tax guidance, separate taxable events from transfers, calculate the numbers to report and return a PDF summary to WhatsApp.
Scale matters here: there can easily be hundreds or thousands of rows if trading has been active. Crypto taxation also requires current guidance because practices can change from year to year.
In this case the message and report came back in about five minutes. The numbers could practically be entered straight into the tax form.
That is where the value of agents shows up: not in nice conversation, but in compressing messy multi-step information work into a fast and repeatable workflow.
