Aigen Campus: AI training, certificates and a skills register in one service
Article 4 of the EU AI Act asks for measures that support staff AI literacy. Campus runs the training and keeps the record of who has completed it.

Writing a useful prompt, checking an answer and protecting workplace data are skills people can practise. Aigen Campus teaches them through examples relevant to each employee’s role. Employers can see who has completed the training and acknowledged the organisation’s guidelines in the same service.
Aigen Campus is built for that gap. It is AI training for the whole workforce, and the same service holds the final exam, verifiable certificates, a skills register and a tool for writing your own AI policy. The policy builder and the first training module are free.
What Article 4 of the AI Act asks for
The article requires organisations that use AI systems to take measures supporting the development of their staff's AI literacy. The obligation has applied since 2 February 2025.
According to the European Commission, no separate certificate is needed: an organisation can keep internal records of its training and AI policy. So the practical question is who keeps that record, and where. Our EU AI Act guide covers the background.

Seven modules, about an hour and a half
The training has seven modules, about 1 h 33 min in total. Every module follows the same rhythm: a warm-up question, a short video, how to do it, an exercise and your own plan. Examples are chosen to match the learner's job role, from customer service to production and from finance to management.

The exercises are short and give feedback immediately. The Campus home page has a taste of them: five situations and three lights for whether the information can go into an AI tool.

The final exam and a verifiable certificate
The training ends with a final exam: 30 scenario questions, no time limit. Passing it earns a personal certificate that is valid for 12 months. Every certificate can be verified with a QR code and an ID, so it can be checked from outside the organisation too.
Skills register

Status by department, certificate validity and AI policy acknowledgements in one view.
Staff can be invited with an email list or a join link shared on the intranet. The report on AI literacy measures comes in one click, printable and as a CSV export. Contractors and agency workers can be included: the obligation also covers people who use AI on the organisation's behalf.
The AI policy starts from a questionnaire
The policy builder is free. You answer a ten-minute questionnaire, and the AI assistant drafts a policy based on current regulations. You refine the draft by chatting, then publish it to staff and collect acknowledgements with their versions.
The tools approved in the policy also show up in the training, so the rules in the exercises match your own. Campus recommends having the final policy reviewed.

What the service costs
On the free plan you write your AI policy and try the training with up to five users. The annual license is €99 per year and includes 10 users; additional users are €4.90 per user per year. Organisations with more than 500 people and the public sector get a separate quote. Prices exclude VAT (VAT 0%), and sales are to businesses in the EU.
